There are benefits to both hand exterior applications and to spraying. An obvious benefit of spraying is its easy coverage and time efficiency. We have the equipment necessary to accomplish this in both a precise and speedy manner. We also do traditional hand applications where required.
Prior to painting, all surfaces are professionally prepared. All homes are completely power washed clean. Areas of mildew are removed with a bleach/water solution. All surfaces are scraped, sanded, and primed where necessary. Split boards and failing joints are re-caulked.
